• 11.2 This clause applies only to website and intake form usage.

12. NO SERVICE CONTRACT CREATED

• 12.1 Completion of the intake form does not create:
  • (a) a service agreement;
  • (b) a coaching or mentorship contract;
  • (c) any obligation for Revelion Imperium to accept the User.
• 12.2 Acceptance into any programme occurs only after a separate, formal written agreement.

13. AMENDMENTS

Revelion Imperium may update this intake policy at any time. Continued use of the intake form constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from use of the intake form shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
